Q: What is Home Made by Mama about?
A: Home Made by Mama is a space for gentle living…where fitness, nourishment, motherhood, and low-tox simplicity meet. I share practical tips and personal reflections to help you build a healthy, intentional home and body, one small step at a time.
Q: Are you a nutritionist or doctor?
A: I am not a nutritionist or dietitian, and I am not a medical doctor. I am a Certified Nutrition Coach, a Sleep, Stress, and Recovery Coach (both through Precision Nutrition), and a Pre- and Postnatal Certified Trainer (through Girls Gone Strong). That means I can help coach people on how to make adjustments to their food consumption, recovery practices, and self-care routines to live healthier lives. The tips and ideas I post on Home Made by Mama come from my experience as a coach, the wealth of coaching experience and knowledge I was given through my certification programs, and my own personal experience.
I am also able to coach pregnant and postpartum moms through exercise programs. I create training programs with safe movements and modifications for pregnant and new mamas. However, since I can’t coach you individually, please always consult a healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, supplements, or exercise routine…especially if you’re pregnant or postpartum. My guides are a good starting point, but every body is unique and should be treated with personalized care.
Q: Can I share or feature your content?

Q: Do you collaborate with brands or accept product reviews?
A: Occasionally! I only partner with brands that align with my values of natural, sustainable and mama-and-baby-friendly living. If that sounds like you, reach out through the form above with details.

A: I don’t accept paid link placements, but if your product or service genuinely aligns with my readers’ interests, feel free to reach out for possible collaboration.
Q: Are your fitness and wellness tips safe for pregnancy and postpartum?
A: Many of my workout and nutrition insights are pregnancy and postpartum friendly, but everyone’s journey is different. I will always clearly label my guides for pregnancy and postpartum safety if they are meant for mamas in that phase of life. But, as always, check with your healthcare provider before starting something new.
Q: Do you share personal stories or advice from your own motherhood journey?
A: Yes, of course. You’ll find personal reflections and honest motherhood moments throughout the Mind+Mothering and Journal blog categories.
